Remembered is a subscription service that sends birthday reminders and messages via SMS. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
You confirm that each person you add has consented to receive SMS messages. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable telecommunications laws. We are not liable for messages sent to incorrect numbers.
Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
The $1 voice note fee is charged when the voice note is uploaded. Voice notes must comply with applicable laws and not contain harmful content.
Remembered is not liable for failed SMS deliveries, carrier restrictions, or any damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is."
